AUTO-DARKENING FILTERS
All ArcOne® Auto-Darkening filters are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of three (3) years from the date of purchase. All other components are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ninety (90) days from date of purchase.
This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of non-conforming items, provided that immediately upon discovery of the claimed defect, all use is discontinued and such items are returned as described below no later than thirty (30) days following discovery of the claimed defect and within the warranty period along with a copy of proof of purchase, model/serial number and a written description of the claimed defect. This warranty does not extend to any item subject to unauthorized repair, alteration, tampering, improper storage or operation, inadequate maintenance, accident, misuse, abuse or negligent handling (including any pitted marks, chips, dents, cracks, etc.).
This warranty is not transferable from the original purchaser to any subsequent purchaser. With respect to any items not manufactured by Seller, the manufacturer's standard warranty shall apply. Seller shall in no event be liable or responsible for any injury, damage or loss resulting either directly or indirectly from, the use or misuse of this product. This limited warranty is the exclusive remedy of purchaser and the sole obligation of Seller in connection with any claim, whether in contract, negligence, strict liability, tort or otherwise. Do not use these items unless you are trained and experienced in the proper use of welding equipment. Please read the instruction manual carefully to avoid certain situations which may void this limited warranty.
In the unlikely event that the auto-darkening filter malfunctions, the following procedures are to be used to receive efficient service and repair: Determine if the product is damaged from abuse or misuse. Any pitted marks on the filter possibly from spatter, chips, dents, or cracks, etc., are some indications of operator abuse. In the case of operator abuse the warranty is void.
THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES BY SELLER OTHER THAN THOSE SPECIFIED IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. NO WARRANTIES BY SELLER (OTHER THAN WARRANTY OF TITLE AS PROVIDED IN THE UNIFORM COMMERCIAL CODE) WILL BE IMPLIED OR OTHERWISE CREATED UNDER THE UNIFORM COMMERCIAL CODE INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND LIABILITY FOUNDED IN SECTION 402A OF THE RESTATEMENT OF TORTS OR OTHERWISE. IN NO EVENT SHALL SELLER BE LIABLE FOR DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFIT), WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.

AirPlus®
ArcOne® warrants the AirPlus® PAPR (except for the battery) for one (1) year from the date of purchase against all manufacturing defects resulting from materials or workmanship. The battery warranty is six (6) months from the date of purchase. When purchased with an ArcOne® welding hood, please refer to the warranty information for auto-darkening filters and other equipment.
This limited warranty is void in the case of unauthorized modification, tampering, and damage due to misuse, abuse, inadequate maintenance or improper storage. This limited warranty is not transferable from the original purchaser to a secondary owner. ArcOne® shall in no event be liable or responsible from the use or misuse of this product. This limited warranty is exclusive and is in lieu of any other warranty implied, either oral or written. Please read the instruction manual carefully to avoid certain situations which may void this limited warranty.

OTHER
ArcOne® warrants the welding helmets and helmets that have the removable filter holder as well as headgear for ninety (90) days from the date of purchase against all manufacturing defects resulting from materials or workmanship. Proof of purchase establishing the sale date of the respiratory system must be provided, should a warranty claim be submitted. The purchaser’s only remedy under this limited warranty shall be limited to ArcOne’s sole option to repair, replace or refund (not to exceed the purchase price).
