About ArcOne

ArcOne is a manufacturer of Industrial safety products including auto-darkening welding helmets, safety glasses, hard hats, inverter power sources and respiratory protection products. Most of our products are designed and engineered at our Taunton, MA facility. ArcOne is well known for being innovative with both technology as well as the marketing of all its products and has been a major force in the evolution of the auto-darkening welding helmet business since 1992.

Company History

ArcOne was founded in 1992 as a start-up when the auto-darkening filter as a product with low market penetration in its infancy in the North American market. ArcOne established an exclusive contract as an OEM for a Swiss manufacturer of this product, and its focus was to market and sell auto-darkening products throughout North America.

During the 1990's ArcOne achieved the highest level of growth in the auto-darkening market through innovative marketing concepts, exceptional customer service, and technically advanced products. By 1997 ArcOne became #1 in North America.
